Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the gtr99 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. gtr99 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time.
Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify the gtr99 support team immediately via email at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from using the gtr99 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, distributing viruses or malicious code, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform in any way. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
All financial transactions on the gtr99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform, including online bank transfers and accepted local eWallets. gtr99 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the verification procedures established by the platform. gtr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, as part of our standard compliance and security procedures. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the verification steps required.
Any bonuses, rebates, or promotions offered by gtr99 are subject to the specific terms set for each offer. These include wagering requirements, validity periods, and applicable withdrawal limits. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating.
Gtr99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is detrimental to other users or the platform itself.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, gtr99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending an internal investigation. Should the investigation find no evidence of fraud, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the gtr99 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.

The gtr99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. gtr99 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or issues beyond the platform's reasonable control.
In no event shall gtr99's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
All content on the gtr99 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of gtr99 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without prior written permission from gtr99.
Where the gtr99 platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. gtr99 does not control the content of such sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users access third-party websites entirely at their own risk.
Gtr99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the gtr99 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If no resolution can be reached, the parties agree to settle the dispute through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
